Upon booking, you’ve agreed to accept the T’s & C’s of my booking policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me. I require 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your treatment. Appointments cancelled within 48hrs of the booking will be charged at 50% of the value. Failure to show will be charged at 100%

The cancellation charge also applies to treatments booked with gift vouchers.

Appointments which exceed 1 hour may be subject to a 50% non refundable booking fee.

When booking via our online app, please ensure you confirm your appointment by inputting your card details.
